Front Desk shifts are mornings 7am-3pm and/or nights 3pm-11pm.
Currently, we are mostly looking to fill in the 3pm-11pm shifts.
Weekend and holiday shifts are REQUIRED.
The Front Desk/Reception Agent is responsible for greeting customers, making reservations, checking-in and checking-out guests, listening and responding to requests, and providing accurate information such as hotel amenities, nearby restaurants, and local attractions.
Job Requirements:
Excellent guest service skills.
Proficiency in the English language both verbal and written.
Computer literacy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
