Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Digital Press Operator who wants to be part of a growing company.
We currently have full-time day position available.
As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state of the art Canon varioPrint iX inkjet and Ricoh C9500 presses.
The best candidate for this position will be willing and able to perform multiple functions and be able to work independently in a print manufacturing environment.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow their abilities and advance their career.

Key
Responsibilities:
? Operate digital printing equipment.
? Set up and configure printing machines to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality.
? Load and unload paper and other printing materials.
? Monitor print jobs to ensure they are running smoothly and adjust as needed.
? Perform routine maintenance on digital presses to keep them in optimal condition.
? Assist in general bindery functions.
? Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.
? Sort and pack finished pieces for direct mail distribution based on USPS requirements.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience as a Digital Press Operator within the print industry is preferred.
? Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment and associated software.
? Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
? Detail-oriented with a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
? Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to meet production deadlines.
