The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, order entry, working with sales reps to take care of customer needs, and other customer service support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
