EXPERIENCE IN THE RECYCLING INDUSTRY IS A HARD REQUIREMENT We are looking for an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and highly motivated problem solver who is passionate about creating an innovative customer experience and building strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
In this role, you will be in direct contact with our customers and vendors and engage with them on phone, email, and social media.
You will be responsible for creating various documents, essential reports, and maintaining an open dialogue with customers to discuss their ongoing needs.
As a Customer Service Agent you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a larger support team.
Responsibilities:
Interact directly with customers as a professional representative of the company.
This includes phone, email, social media, etc.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to solve customer issues as quickly and efficiently as possible Produce and provide time sensitive detailed reports.
This includes obtaining all information necessary to complete specific documents.
Maintain detailed records related to individual clients' needs, schedules, & additional relevant information.
Conduct regular check-ins with assigned customers to proactively anticipate and address their upcoming needs.
Manage, monitor, & follow through to completion assigned tasks and projects on a timely basis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Complete reports on-time No counts past due greater than 48 hours No dispatch order unaddressed for more than 30 minutes
Qualifications:
Experience as a team lead in a fast paced and high volume service industry Proven leadership experience in training and development Self-starter capable of making significant business decisions Excellent communication skills Excellent documentation skills Strong composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, accurate documents Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Excellent comprehension skills (ability to both understand and clearly articulate) Effective problem-solving skills including decision-making, time management, and task prioritization Organized and detail oriented Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a high energy, multi-tasking environment One to Three years customer service experience Computer Knowledge / Skills:
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, & Excel Experience with CRM required.
Experience with CieTrade preferred Excellent typing skills Demonstrates a willingness and ability to learn various software media Customer Focus:
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills Flexible with working schedule.
