This position primarily involves handling inbound phone communication for prospective and existing customers, and helping to process orders for our sales team.
This position is focused on supporting our Sales Team by setting up well communicated appointments and interacting positively with customers and co-workers.

Compensation is anticipated to be between $38,000 to $43,000

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and set appointments for our sales team Learn everything you can about our evolving products and services Handle occasional customer complaints with care and responsiveness.
Provide information to customers about company products and services Document and update customer records based on appointments and job status
