The ideal candidate is a quick learner and will be responsible for handling external and internal inquiries, assisting customers with any product or service issues, and communicating with our sales staff to assist with client issues.
There will also be some accounting skills needed as well as learning A/R and A/P.
We have our own microsoft based order entry processing system.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer.
Answer phones and make calls.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with team members.
Provide customer service over the phone, via email, sometimes in person.
A/R and A/P duties along with some small accounting reporting.
Keep records.
Develop rapport with customers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
