The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, and ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the gift card manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding their gift card orders, specifications, and production timelines.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to gather and confirm order details, artwork requirements, and customization preferences.
Provide accurate and timely information on order status, production updates, and estimated delivery times.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely processing and fulfillment of gift card orders while maintaining quality standards.
Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries regarding the gift card manufacturing process, materials, and customization options.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate gift card designs, materials, and finishes to meet their specific needs and branding requirements.
Coordinate with the design team to review and approve artwork proofs, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
Process customer orders, including data entry, order tracking, and invoicing, while maintaining accurate records in the customer service database.
Resolve customer complaints or issues regarding manufacturing defects, shipment delays, or order errors, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with shipping and logistics partners to track gift card shipments, provide delivery updates to customers, and address any shipping-related concerns.
Continuously improve customer service processes by identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in gift card manufacturing and customer service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing industry or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer orders, specifications, and production requirements.
Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to collaborate and assist others.
