We are looking to add an administrative assistant to our sales department to perform a range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist office manager.
Sales assistant to our inside sales team.
Entering quotes.
Order entry.
Sales projects.
Update excel spreadsheets as needed.
Assist on answering phones.
Filing.
Education and
Experience:
High school degree or equivalent.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Excel spreadsheets.
Calculator use.
Key competencies:
Communication skills - written and verbal.
Planning and Organizing.
Prioritizing and Multitasking.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of management and work force.
Full time Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
