The ideal candidate is a quick learner and dependable.
Attention to detail a must.
Able to clearly assist customers with any product or service issues along with communicating with and assisting our sales staff.
Light accounting skills needed and a plus as well as A/R and A/P duties.
We have our own Microsoft based order entry processing system.
Microsoft Office knowledge and typing skills a plus.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer.
Answer phones and make calls.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with team members.
Provide customer service over the phone, via email, sometimes in person.
A/R and A/P duties along with some light accounting.
Keep records.
Develop rapport with customers.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
