A Paraprofessional educator endorsement or eligibility to obtain Paraprofessional educator endorsement through the Illinois State Board of Education (minimum of 60 hours of college credit) or Short Term Approval (STA) for Paraprofessionals (high school diploma) Knowledge of Special Education and Career and Technical Education programming.
Ability to provide academic support to 11th and 12th grade students.
Ability to implement instructional strategies and reinforce learning concepts.
Bilingual language skills helpful but not required.
