- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism - Basic technical sales knowledge is a plus - Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Cutting Tool Supply is a distributor of cutting tools and chemicals to the machining industry.
