Responsibilities of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Daily monitoring of Inventory level and usage Anticipates shortage of product, initiates, and escalates communication with customer with solution(s) and/or substitutes Using basic mathematical analysis, determines appropriate inventory levels Initiates, escalates, and responds timely to internal and external customer communication Works closely with both customer and salesman in establish ordering controls Maintains accuracy of inventory at customer site Delivers product to customer sites Maintains equipment appearance at customer's site Performs quarterly physical counts, reconciliation and reviews dead/slow inventory Perform all work in accordance with the company prescribed processes, procedures and utilization of company systems Maintains pricing in vending systems #DXP #DXPE #LI-TS1 Qualifications of the ITS Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Accountable Self- motivated Analytical Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Organized and attentive to detail Assertive Follows procedures Mechanical Aptitude Driver's license required Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook & Word Intermediate Microsoft Excel Additional Information:
