ATGE; member S&P MidCap 400 Index) For more information, please visit isit and Job DescriptionOpportunity at a GlanceThe Registrar Services Representative position works behind the scenes to complete verification documents, graduation audits, records review, student registration, and various stretch assignments supporting the Registrar Services department and institutional partners.
This position will be required to travel to the Addison location once a month.
This position will also require one Saturday shift every 16 weeks.
ResponsibilitiesWorks independently on assigned tasks while meeting productivity and performance expectations.
Provides student and stakeholder support, directly and/or indirectly, to internal and external stakeholders by upholding service level agreements.
Masters operational systems to perform daily tasks and functions while becoming familiar with program and degree requirements offered by institutional partners.
Participates in additional trainings, as needed.
Complete enrollment and loan verification documents for students and third parties.
Completes graduation audits, conferrals, grade entry, and registration for vet clinical students.
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures that are outlined in the Institutional Catalog, Academic Policy & Standard Operating Procedures.
Collaborates with program and department heads on various scenarios and situations to ensure proper entry/continuation in the program.
Assist and engage students through a variety of communication.
This may include emails, inbound student calls, and proactive outreach to students to deliver a positive resolution.
Completes other duties as assigned.
