The duties of this position are:
Answering the phones Filing & organization Mailing & Shipping Accounts Receivable Preparing Waivers, including supporting vendor waivers Data Entry in Excel and our company Accounting software (Timesuite Toolbox) Organize kitchen and coffee stations - refilling coffee, cups and tidying up kitchen and common area as needed Be able to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where needed The position is full time and offers health insurance, holidays, paid vacation and 401K with company matching (after first year).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
