Category Healthcare Description Steady PRN position:
Flexible weekday / daytime hours available for LPNs or RNs with Community Physical Therapy working as a Wellness Therapy Liaison/Navigator in Assisted and Independent Living Communities.
Your role:
health screens to determine the need for therapy/nursing services, communication with the therapy team, MD, homecare agency and ancillary staff to facilitate services.
If you enjoy talking with people, working independently, and overseeing services you will enjoy this position.
Hours vary depending upon the location and weekly need.
You can chose location(s) based upon what is convenient for you.
Openings span the entire Chicagoland and suburban areas.
Two primary areas for hire are:
Oak Brook and Bloomingdale.
Depending upon how many locations you are available to work the hours could vary from 2 to 10 hours per week.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
