Lead Digital Analytics Analyst

The Lead Digital Analytics Analyst will drive data-driven decision making and steer the evolution of Pampered Chefs website & digital marketing channels to deliver an enhanced and increasingly personalized digital experience to tens of thousands of sales consultants and millions of customers.
This critical role partners with Technology, Digital Marketing & Field teams to co-ordinate & coach on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to provide actionable insights that optimize online performance and deliver commercial outcomes.
Pampered Chefs recent transition from Googles Universal Analytics to GA4 as the primary website analytics tool presents an opportunity to move from a migration focus to deliver enhanced tracking & business value.
The roles scope is broad, covering website optimization, digital marketing, shopper experience and consultant selling tools; an ability to prioritize for where value can be driven and manage stakeholder expectations will be key to success.
Responsibilities Oversee Google Analytics configuration post migration to GA4 to deliver accurate tracking and insights on website, digital assets, and digital marketing.
Collaborate with the Technology teams to implement advanced tracking features, funnels and analytics for online sales, customer and consultant facing digital products.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to identify, quantify & prioritize opportunities to improve web and digital experience, building out consistent business cases and measurement systems to align stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
Provide Marketing, Field, Technology, and Digital teams the visibility and measurement of business operations; Coach & partner to translate data into actionable insights that inform better decisions, diagnose performance, and recommend enhancements.
Partner with Digital Marketing to continuously improve Digital Marketing effectiveness through attribution & ROI analysis, starting with email and paid search but expanding to encompass other channels.
Design, analyze, and operationalize KPIs and dashboards that link website, digital communications, and personalization to business goals to improve decision-making.
Analyze data to understand the impact of website experience and personalization improvements to engagement, conversion and revenue plus suggest topics for A/B testing.
Partner with Technology teams in shared ownership of digital data management, define business requirements for Google Analytics tag implementation to ensure proper analytics tracking is in place.
Key data sources include our website data layer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Measures of Success Customer File / Repeat Rate Checkout Conversion Revenue attributed digital sources, including email marketing, and web platforms.
Specific Digital Strategic Initiative KPIs & Key Results Education & Experience BA/BS or Masters in Statistics, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Management Science, Digital Marketing, or related quantitative field preferred alongside relevant experience.

years experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Web Operations, Analytics, Attribution and/or Consumer Insights.
Hands on expertise in digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics (ideally GA4), Google Tag Manager & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience in tracking data back to source & deliver cross channel attribution insights to drive improvements across Pampered Chef website, paid & organic digital channels.
Strong relationship building and ability to partner with both commercial teams & Technology to deliver high-quality experiences, tools, and solutions.
Self-starter with strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage across multiple projects in different business areas.
Knowledge of web development, digital marketing, and digital platforms plus proficiency in data science, data visualization and analytics tools / platforms such as SQL, Big Query, Python / R, AWS, Looker, Tableau, MicroStrategy is preferred but not required Competencies for Success Cultivates Innovation Tech Savvy Manages Complexity Business Insight Balances Stakeholders About Pampered Chef:
