This is an opportunity to join an elaborate and highly visible network project.
We are looking for a Sr.
IT Project Coordinator with at least three to five years of experience, ideally having worked recently on a major network refresh project and exposed to Infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of network infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of a multi-million-dollar project and ensure a seamless execution and optimal performance.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of three days onsite!Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for network refresh initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate requirements and assess project feasibility.
Define key project milestones and success criteria.
Lead the execution of network refresh projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation aligns with technical specifications.
Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including team members, store managers, hardware, and software resources.
Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals efficiently.
Communicate updates and timelines to partners/vendors.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Track project milestones, provide reports to leadership on status.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the network refresh project.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
3-5 years experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on network refresh projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
