Essential FunctionsMonitor accounts to identify outstanding balancesResolve customer invoice problems with the help and support of our sales and customer service team membersConduct research to resolve payment issues and settle any disputes with customersCollaborate with the Credit Analyst to compile data, build month end reports, and deliver reports to the management teamExperience, Education and SkillsHigh school diploma (or GED) is required; Associate degree or better in Accounting or related discipline is preferred 1
