This position requires open availability.
This means you must be available to work any day of the week including all holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day).
You must have a proven track record of great attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery - Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent math skills for handling payments and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred - Culinary knowledge is a plus Join our team of dedicated servers who are passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences.
