About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the FP&A Manager, playing a pivotal role in leveraging financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation.
Your expertise will support Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing the annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis.
This role calls for a strategic partner to business units, ensuring integrity in financial data through meticulous reconciliations and engaging in partnerships with National Accounts to identify KPIs and provide insights.
What You'll Do:
Perform comprehensive financial analytics for operating expenses and business plans.
Demonstrate modeling expertise to drive continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with Managers/Directors on relevant financial reporting and establish procedures to ensure financial data integrity.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing financial reporting capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
Direct experience coming from a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Over 5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, nested formulas).
Experience with NetSuite and PRISM is a plus.
