00pm We are seeking a meticulous and organized Job Processor to join our team in Addison, IL. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer purchase orders (POs) into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your precision and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Data Entry
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer purchase orders (POs) - Input purchase order data into the ERP system including job specifications, material requirements, customer requests and deadlines - Identify and communicate any discrepancies between the PO and original quotes for swift resolution - Craft clear and concise job descriptions within the ERP system based on PO information - Maintain precise electronic and paper filing systems for POs and related documentation - Adhere strictly to company standards and procedures for job processing Requirements for Data Entry:
- At least one year of experience in data entry or a similar role - Exceptional attention to detail, especially with small numerical values (e.g., .0001 vs. .001) - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems preferred - Strong analytical abilities to grasp complex job requirements - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in Spanish as a bonus - Competence in Microsoft Office software - High sense of urgency and commitment to operational excellence - Able to interpret prints and drawings preferred email protected IND999 #ZR Branch:
