Hours 9AM-3PM 3-4 days a week (Monday-Friday) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload freight from trailers via hand unload, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Typical work week Wednesday-Friday with occasional work on Monday or Tuesday.
Ability to hand unload is a requirement.
Prepare, inspect, and clean trailers before loading freight Correctly load & unload based on unit counts, order, and weight.
Review freight bills for special instructions and inspect freight for damage Perform operation and safety check on forklift :
battery, breaks, lift controls, fluids, and fire extinguisher prior to using equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Indoor dock, but will need an ability to work in various weather conditions Experience operating a forklift 21 years of age or older Willing to work earlier or later based on operational needs.
