00pmWe are seeking a meticulous and organized Job Processor to join ourteam.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accuratelyprocessing customer purchase orders (POs) into our Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) system.
Your precision and attention to detail willensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Data Entry
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer purchase orders (POs)- Input purchase order data into the ERP system including jobspecifications, material requirements, customer requests and deadlines- Identify and communicate any discrepancies between the PO and originalquotes for swift resolution- Craft clear and concise job descriptions within the ERP system basedon PO information- Maintain precise electronic and paper filing systems for POs andrelated documentation- Adhere strictly to company standards and procedures for job processingAbout the Company:
