Second Shift Manager Key Responsibilities Comply with GMPs, SSOPs, and Food Safety Programs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds below the waist.
Communicate regularly throughout the day using SLACK.
Communicate with management regarding any non-conforming product and equipment failures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment Clean the packaging area or ask if there are other areas of the plant that need attention Closing the packaging station at the end of the day:
Complete EOD list as provided in the JOLT app on provided tablets.
Shut down equipment Setup for production the following shift by logging into SLACK and following the next day's production guidelines.
Complete any incomplete items on the Daily Facility Upkeep list Check with Second Shift Manager to complete other tasks SELECTION CRITERIA Education / Experience No educational experience is necessary.
Skills / Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must speak English well enough to complete lists and communicate effectively with team.
Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork and electronic logs.
Must have access to reliable transportation including public transit.
Must be able to use the SLACK app to communicate effectively with team members and management.
