Summary:
The Logistics Specialist is a position within the Supply Chain Distribution Center network.
They are responsible for a variety of tasks relating to e-commerce order fulfillment.
The E-Commerce Specialist works collaboratively with internal partners including Operations Process Specialists, Customer Facing Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Deployment and DC Operations.
The E-Commerce Specialist continuously improves e-commerce processes and is an expert on the flow and processes of e-commerce distribution center operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the site DC Manager, works closely with deployment, customer facing supply chain and project managers to:
Coordinate deployment of materials into e-commerce warehouse to insure customer order fulfillment Maintain inventory accuracy of e-commerce warehouse In conjunction with DC Operations, ensure e-commerce warehouse is staffed to meet daily customer demands Liaison with internal and external transportation groups to ensure capacity is available for daily e-commerce shipments Collaborate on design and implementation of put-away strategies and replenishment activities for the local facility Participates in network continuous improvement projects to include future state initiatives Operate various computer terminals, printers and scanners to assist with execution of job duties Ability to flex work schedule to meet demands of e-commerce business as well as provide training and general assistance to future deployment locations Other projects and duties as assignedAbout the Company:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
