We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers.
This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service during each delivery.
Duties:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle (van, tractor-trailer, or refrigerated trailer) to transport goods to designated locations - Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as forklifts - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience driving manual transmission vehicles - Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role - Ability to operate forklifts and other relevant equipment - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills - Familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus - Commercial driving experience is preferred We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our Delivery Drivers.
