Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems.
This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaing inventory in duel systems, incuding but not limited to SAP and WMS.
- Enter data from various sources into computer databases or spreadsheets - Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents - Update and maintain databases with new or updated information - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested - Sort and organize paperwork for efficient data entry - Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred - Proficient in basic math and numerical data entry - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with office equipment and computerized systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel SAP - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Job Type:
