Accountabilities:
This position is accountable for the financial activities of Flowserve and is responsible to:
Plan, forecast, report and analyze financial activities.
Direct local financial processes and procedures and ensure timely and accurate reporting to division, corporate, outside governmental and tax authorities, in compliance with GAAP.
Ensure site Sarbanes-Oxley compliance including process updates, audit support and gap remediation.
Provide financial information and participate in operational, quality, inventory, and sales & marketing efforts, including the Sales and Operations Planning process.
Participate and lead cost management and control activities.
Manage and drive working capital and cash flow initiatives including accounts receivable performance and customer dispute resolution.
Develop and implement internal controls and ensure that business agreements meet policy and business goals through the appropriate review and approval of terms and conditions and pricing decisions.
Drive improved profitability and performance through financial analysis.

Position Requirements:
B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline.
MBA or professional certification a plus.
7
years of general accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting experience.
Must have current or recent experience in a public trading company.
Supervisory experience required. Strong coaching and motivation skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Access).
Experience with Omega Cube, Hyperion and Oracle a plus.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong bias for action and process improvements.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
